Open Call for AAPI Vendors
Think!Chinatown (T!C) is looking for AAPI vendors. This year we are shifting away from food vendor booths and inviting street carts and trucks on their own permits, but we will still have performances, folk artists, and local merchants. If you’re interested in this opportunity to serve Manhattan’s Chinatown community, please apply via the forms below.
Requirements:
Must be one of the following:
Traditional handcrafts and folk artisans
Specialty merchandise (including pre-packaged foods)
Food trucks and carts to pop-up alongside us (must have Mobile Food Vending license)*
Highlight traditional and contemporary interpretations of AAPI/Asian culture
Family-friendly products and crafts
For our merchandise vendors, we are looking for purveyors who curate a variety of products rather than a standalone item
Affordable prices to keep it accessible for our Chinatown community
For food and merchandise vendors: a majority of menu items that are $9 and under with at least 1 item $7 and under.
For craft and art vendors: a majority of merchandise is $25 and under

Application deadline is May 31, 2026.
*If you are a food truck or vend food products, you will need to have the proper food safety certification and mobile food vending license, and your vehicle must be able to provide its own power for cooking and lighting.
